Remote support sessions typically cost less than on-site visits because there's no travel time or trip charges. Most issues are resolved for a flat rate. We'll always tell you the cost upfront before we start — no surprises.
Can you fix Macs or just Windows PCs?
We support both Windows and Mac computers. Our technicians are experienced in both operating systems and can help with any issue you're experiencing on either platform.
What if you can't fix my problem remotely?
If we determine that your issue requires hands-on hardware work, we'll let you know right away. We can then schedule an on-site visit. You won't pay for the remote session if we can't help you remotely.
Do I need to install anything?
You'll download a small program that creates the secure connection. It's quick (under 2 minutes) and doesn't permanently install anything on your computer. Once we're done, you can delete it.
